i have a canon pixima. mp180 and i really need to scan some work but i don't know how.

so its a scanner eyyy
well put the paper in the scanning part and press a button that says copy or scan or scanner and press it then press color or no color if you dont want to waste color ink then press how many copys

and i dont have the copying machine cannon i have portable cannon ip90 its small enough to sit on a notebook pc without damaging it what so ever

When you install the Canon scanner software, it should have installed some software to allow scanning, look at the program files to see if theres a Canon application listed ?
