18 factors to 3*3*2
27 factors to 3*3*3
10 factors to 5*2

The LCM will have as factors: 2,5,3,3,3
2*5*3*3*3 = 270

Basically, after prime factorization, you need to build the LCM up using the greatest prime power from each multiple in question.
LCM(46,18,8)
46 = 23 * 2
18 = 3*3*2
8 = 2*2*2
So, 2^3 * 3^2 * 23 would be the LCM

270 ... when finding the LCM, work with the largest number and keep multiplying it by one more until you find a multiple that works for the other numbers.
