The series is on DVD. If I remember correctly the last episode showed the resistence attempting to rescue Sean from a prison whilst Diane exchanged Elizabeth for the captured resistence members Donovan and Tyler. There is an entire web site dedicated to the show. Just type in "V" into search at the top of the screne, and go from there. Cheers!

The humans won with Elizabeth's help. She was all grown up Rapid lizard aging. I think the series is on video now.
The red dust was posion to the aliens but not humans, friendly aliens had to take the serum everyday to survive. Martin died soon into the series. But the series continued the fight because the aliens learned to overcome the dust.
