At Brown they have a special gate that is kept locked. They open it in the Fall and the new Freshman walk through and go to a service in a very beautiful 1775 colonial church, then they dont walk through the gate again until they are graduating seniors and they walk through together to go to a service in the same church. They have been doing this for more than 100 years according to a friend at Brown.

At Dartmouth they have a statue of one of the old college presidents or someone like that in the library. For the last 100 years or so it has been good luck to rub his nose before an exam, so the most of the statue is that old brownish bronze color, but the nose is always shiny and bright and is being worn away!
On the other end of the spectrum, at Trinity college in Hartford they used to have a tradition called "Glass Night" when all the guy would get drunk and then throw bottles and glasses out the windows to make a huge pile of broken glass outside the dorm row on the stone walkway.
