i mean in movies/songs/books etc...everyone seems not to..so WHO exactly is watching all those movies??!!!

On occasion I do, but it has to be really well done. As in, it has to look either a) really supremely brutal and painful, or b) really supremely artistic and slick before it even *gets my attention*.
And once it gets my attention, it has to make some sort of *sense* in context to keep my attention. This is why the kung-fu worked so well in the _Matrix_ films where the robot and superman-styled combat did not....(not that having a drunk frat-boy *spoil* the damned third film helped at all).
But yeah....the short of it is, I have lived through enough ordinary, real-life violence and its consequences, so if you want to show me some whoopass....well, I might not object to it right away, but don't be shocked if I end up *walking away* fairly quickly just from pure, jaded boredom. Been there, done that, wore *out* the t-shirt....
(not to mention, I've had my tail kicked so many times in real-life fights that my competitive instincts are *dead* basically....I even choke on the Player-vs-Player action in video games, and I've been playing fighting games on and off for a decade now...anymore I don't even try two-player games so much, because Tekken crap is all that is out there, and I suck at scrubbing buttons)
But yeah.....I do like a *bit* of violence, if it makes sense. Catch is, it doesn't make sense and *is NOT* appropriate anywhere near as often as some folks think it is.

No I do not like violence in movies , tv, or in songs. I do not watch or listen to it. I only buy comedys.
