I never did think a virus program could be too protective, but this time Spy ware blocked me from using Thunderbird. Where would I put the exclusion for the program and how?

in the global action list is where you add the info. plus it should give you the option to allow it or block when it try's to run.if this doesnt fix the issue then click on the help option upper right corner and it will take you to there web site where you can get help with it. good luck.

I had Spyware Dr. and I had to have it removed. I agree it is far to protective.I had my friend who does computer work to get it off off my computer once and for all! Good luck!
