When under stress, hobbies are a good way to change gears, figuratively speaking of course.
Can always find time to walk with a pair of binoculars and bird guide, wildflowers book or rock/fossil guide.
The people with me get stressed out because I like to thoroughly examine any rock, it may be a keeper.
Since we are privileged to live in the area known as the "Mississippi Flyway", one never knows what kind of bird will be sitting on a nearby branch.

I'm an isolated incident. No matter what I'm doing that is fun I am busy thinking of things that need done like dishes, washing the tub, increasing sales at work, telling people things I know they don't want to hear in a manner that won't hurt them, buying allergy pills, mowing the lawn.... I did find a game called Zuma that puts me in the zone for a bit though but I often feel guilty after wards because I would've been painting or organizing the shed. WHAT"S WRONG WITH ME!???!!!

No there not. I like to go in the woods next door and they were untouched cause there's a fence around it to keep cows out and I wanted to create a path for walking. I did and it was nice and relaxing, but it takes work to maintain plus I don't wanna get caught over there even tho my neighbor told me he didn't mind it's just that I go there for peace of mind and I don't wanna be bothered. I had a coyote come up on me once, but my dog scared it off. It was beautiful! Seen some cool critters. Love nature!

Crocheting. But if you're looking for something that doesn't take skill, I'd say reading, listening to a CD of ocean waves or something calming. Try and look at your loacl craft store for a hobby that you could take up easily that you think would be fun and easy. I'd also suggest painting. Hope this helps!

My hobby is stalking Davey Havok. It can be stressful at times but the rewards are great.

Listening to rock music, I know it sounds weird.
