sinx(cos^2x -1)
sinx ( cosx-1)(cosx+1)

(cosx -3)(cosx +3)/ cosx -3)
cancel the cosx-3 terms and get

sin x.(1 - 2sin² x) - sin x
= - 2sin³ x

(cos x - 3).(cos x + 3) / (cos x - 3)
cos x + 3

cos²x + cos²x.(sin²x / cos²x)
cos²x + sin²x
= 1
