It takes forever to load and then won't play my radio stations.

Thats really uncalled for, Microsoft programmers do not get drunk while at work, they simply havent a clue how to program efficient code and find out what customers really want.
Plus they have the fastest PC with the most RAM, so any junk they create on their PC will always run 10 times faster when compare to the PCs we have, so when its done, they run it, woohoo. wow, look at this... this is really fast.

They are trying to sell you something and doing a poor job of it. I am glad to know you thought so too.
I bought the windows vacuum cleaner. It's the only thing they make that doesn't suck.

Dont use it, it is lousy. Try one of the other stores on line. I use Radio 365 and find it very good. Allows presets and all types of music.
