1.Wilt(dominant and rounded, not only did he score and rebound, he also had an assist title)

2. Russell( best winner in the history of the league, dominant on Defense and a great leader)

3. Kareem (One of the best of his era at any position)

4. Shaq (probably the most physically dominant player of any era)

5. Hakeem ( good from any where, perhaps the most skilled center in the past 25 years)

6. Moses (Very underrated, probably on of the greatest rebounders and powerful in the post)

7. Mikan (Don't know how high the level of competition he played against really was but he was still the player of his era and had 6 rings)

8. David Robinson ( was great but played in the same era as Michael Jordan so didn't get rings until Duncan arrived)

9. Ewing (See Robinson with out rings)

10. Robert Parish (Very Solid, overshadowed by Bird and McHale)

You could probably put Duncan on this list but he is more of a PF, and probably in the top 2 or 3 at that position and maybe top 6 amongst centers.

Look for Greg Oden to be on this list in 10 years.

1. Bill Russell - 11 rings is 11 rings

2. Wilt - the most unstoppable force in NBA history

3. Kareem - combined the best of both Bill and Wilt

4. Shaquille O'Neal - most powerful center ever

5. Hakeem Olajuwon - extremely graceful and versatile

6. Moses Malone - at his best, he was the equal of any great center in history

7. George Mikan - I am putting him here as he was the first great NBA center

8. David Robinson - a class act from his rookie season to his last; he retired a champion and co-winner of Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year

9. Dave Cowens - let Celtics to 2 titles in 70's and was a Rookie of the Year one year and MVP another. He was only 6'8 1/2" but what a great rebounder and defender he was aside from scorer

10. Willis Reed - like Cowens, a lefthanded center, former MVP who won two titles in the 70's, he with the Knicks. And wow, what he did in Game 7 of 1970 NBA finals...

Honorable Mention : Bill Walton (healthy) - if he had been healthy his entire career, what a career it might have been; he might have won as much or more than Kareem
