knee high converses? i've honestly never heard of such.
I know for converses they come as a low top [below ankle] and high top [above ankle].
try looking online? sorry i'm not much help

i don't know but i saw a member of the pussycat dolls wearing them. I think it was in the Don't Cha music video. good luck finding them...if you do tell me!!!
