What about sushi...the fish is low fat, and as long as you get something without sauce, you should be okay. There is a little sugar used in the rice to make it sticky, but there's not very much in it. Stay away from tempura and the sauces...very high fat, high salt, high sugar. You could also get edamame (soy beans) or miso soup. Both are very tasty and good for you.
Try salads, with the dressing on the side...just vinegar and lemon is best. Stay away from nuts and cheese on the salads. Soups are good as well, but stay away from cream soups. Usually you can do okay eating out, but you may have to ask for substitutions. Go for grilled meats, steamed vegetables without butter on them.
Good luck!

A combo of the 3. But, a few fat are exceptional to devour. For illustration, nuts or peanut butter. Also, a few fruit has plenty of energy in it, however that does not imply you are not able to devour it. You simply must be realistic approximately selecting. I'd advise watching out for Saturated Fat, Calories from fats (must now not be over part of the whole energy), and Trans Fat. But, do not pass shopping lots of fats unfastened/sugar unfastened/low calorie snacks, as they're regularly stuffed with preservatives.

I've been to Chili's and they have a great low fat menu. They even tell you how many calories and grams of fat. It is pretty small and you can always ask your host for some suggestions on how to make your meal a lot more healthy. I recomend Chili's because they have a nice selection of items in the low fat area. They also have vegetarian foods so that in it self is pretty low fat.

Most Chains have grilled chicken salads . Order with fat free dressing(or put on your own oil and vinegar). Make sure its grilled chicken and not fried!!! Fast Food joints have the same. McDonalds has low fat yogurt parfaits and fruit salads. Subway and Wendys offer apple wedges as dessert.
