Well....we have our curtains open, but our blinds closed. The sun hits the other side of our room, where there isn't a window. So, there's a decent shade in our room during the day.

Closed. The whole world does not need to see me roll over and fart in the morning. According to an old roomate, I used to do that like clockwork at 9 AM. I don't know, I was still asleep.

My closest neighbors are too far away to see in my windows, so I have no reason to keep them closed, but I do anyway because our room is on the east side of the house and I hate sunshine coming in and landing on my face in the morning.
