What things do you hear when you listen closely?

I hear the birds outside my window in the morning, and the breeze through the trees. And then I hear Matthew in his room singing me a good morning song. If I just get up and out of bed I miss all this. It's nice to listen

There's a ringing in my ears, but I try not to listen, but the more I try not to the more I hear. It's only when I forget about it that I don't hear it. As soon as I say , Hey I can't hear it, There it goes again.
