I did.. she, my sister and I all gathered around the table and had a scrabble playoff.
My mother always kicked my butt in Scrabble so I challenged her.

Yeppers, I totally did! I took her out to eat at Apple Bees and made her a scrap book. This may be my favorite Sunday because it's usually boring. Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite.

Yeah, I took her out and bought her some plants and stuff for her yard and took her to breakfast and we worked the Sunday crossword together. Yesterday I did a bunch of yard work for her, she made out like a bandit. Oh and I got her a card too.

Yes. I called my step-mother first, who was wide awake and happy to hear from me. Then my mother, who was not awake since she lives on the West coast, and only somewhat happy to hear from me. I had to call in the morning, since I had to work all day and didn't want to miss the chance to call them.

Yes, and she told me she wasn't feeling well, and that she probably won't come to my son's graduation party, and then she said she had to cut the call short because they were heading out the door.
