Yes, split up the vague Top Contributor badge into top
asker and top answerer would be a decent Idea.
And then you would have a best asker and best answerer
as well.
The amount of points in itself don't really mean anything.
It says nothing at all about quality, just quantity.

Now that is an intriguing idea!
If they did, P&S should have that split into Best Asker of Serious questions and Best Asker of Nonsense questions.
The results ought to be interseting.

Yes, but they would probably just choose a famous person instead of a normal person that asks questions just as good as a famous person would.

No not really. best is just someone elses oppions. everyone thinks that theres is the best or they wouldnt have wasted time writing it ((except there is some idiots here who just answer to hear themself think, or not think))

No because then people would ask more questions that answer and the site would lose it's purpose
