I think he is using crack/cocaine. I called CPS. The cops said they can't do anything-I've been through the courts a million times they don't care-he has used in the past which I told them. Sooo what the heck do I do-I'm so upset and don't know where to go anymore. State law says that it is only child abuse if child is present during manufacture of methamphetamine or phyncyclidine or if the child suffers bodily injury as result. Is this crazy or what? What happened to protection of children -Oh it's the fathers right huh?!! Please lets do something about this-only in DC is it child abuse to expose the child to drug-related activity. In 8 states it is when selling, distributing , or giving drugs or alcohol to child is child abuse. I could tell you all of them but I sure you really don't care.. I guess the laws are saying my daughter has to be physically hurt in order for it to be considered neglect..well lets hope that the state doesn't allow this to happen.

You contact your local department of family services and report it to them. Also, go to the school that your children attend and speak with their guidance counselor. The guidance counselor can help you AND the kids. You should also speak to your children's physician about this.

well you said you went to court for it...what did you go to court for ..i think you went to court do you can get custady of your kids.....if you didnt i think that would be the best way
