WELL I AM ASHKENASI AND I MARRIED A SEPHARADIC!

(My mother is sepharadi and my father ashkenazi)

But at least in Mexico, sepharadic women are in a very high status, i mean they are known has very dedicated to their homes, as well as good cookers, and are thought since very young age to do what the husband wants.
on the other side ashkenazis girls are known as more inteligent, cultural, they want to study in university, they will marry older, they have a heavier personality, and dont like to be only dependent on their husbands.
thats why men prefer sepharadic, coz they are known as more "loyal" to their husbands, and i dont know how to say it in englishso ill say in spanish," los consienten mas."

I have heard its because Sephardic ladies tend to me a little more "on top of things" cooking cleaning etc than Ashkanazi ladies can be. If a Sephardic man is use to a wife doing 100% of the work and marries a ashkanazi that won't do it all... there can be issues.. but when an ashkanazi man marries a sephardic women he is plesently suprised.

NOW that was the LINE given to me before I married a Sephardic Man.... (not that I believe it)

I personally don't know the "real" reason except that Sephardic men see the value of their traditions and want to keep sephardic halaka and don't want issues with the wife when it comes to issues of Kashrut and Halaka

Two rasons. Many Ashkenai women think that Sephardi men beat their wives, which I don't think is true; and the second reason is that there are simply more Ashkenazim than Sephardim so if a person doesn't davka want to marry sephardi they are probably going to be set up with an Ashkenazi.

My wife does matches. She says most Ashkenazi girls find Sephardi men too intense. South African girls make good matches for Syrian men though. Her opinion.

It's the way they roll their tongues around in their mouths as they shake their hips.
