its hard for me to say no to people too!

What to speak of me it's not easy for everyone to say 'NO". We refrain from saying no for loss of relation, reputation, being ignorant, blunt etc. However, one must see that by always saying YES, one's time & energy are getting burnt up and it also deprives one's personal space and leaves with little time for oneself so one should be assertive and say NO in such cases. BUT SAYING NO TO SOMEONE'S GENUINE NEEDS & REQUESTS IS NOT FAIR. So my thinking is that I say NO when i feel that it will leave no personal space. NO DOUBT IT IS A DIFFICULT!

Well I have no trouble saying no. But it wasn't always like that when I was a young mother involved in church and clubs I could not say no at all even if it killed me or if I hated it I wouldn't say no. But I realied it was me that was suffering and I was worth more then that. Best thing I ever did.

It should be *how hard is it for you to say no*? Sometimes, I feel like I can't say no b'cause I don't want to hurt other peoples feeling but I have too.

very easy. that is, when you really don't give a sh*t.
Not caring is the best thing. You almost enjoy saying no.

I have a very difficult time saying no to people, that's why I am so stressed!!!!!

sometimes it's hard for me and sometimes it's not. Sometimes I have to but I don't wan to and I'm afraid. Sometimes I do and I just come right out and say it. What's your problem? What do you have to say no to??
