Heyyy there! i am ALMOST 18 & just got back from my doctors for a basic physical. My weight was a low 227+ My waist was but a 48 inches, chest 44, i am 5'10. AND have a BP of 142/101 & my body fat % is 31+

It was about a YEAR or so ago when i decided that i wanted to GAIN weight not LOSE it! At the time i was around 161 lbs. & was quite thin. So i decided to "pack on the pounds" per say...

Now a year, plenty of pounds, inches & marks later. i am changing that. Until now, i have not tried to gain OR lose any weight.

NOW i wear a snug 38 jeans. i have a fair share of "sexy" stretchy marks on my love handles/hips & quite a few on my inner thighs too! i also struggle to come to terms w/ the fact i cant do ONE situp! If i try i feel like im DYING!

Now i'm eating very little 'TIL 5 PM! Then i typically have an decent dinner & NICE desert. At 10 i'll have a BIG pizza or 2 burgers 2 liter of DEW & top it off a BINGE of random sweets!

You see... It IS possible to be a lil fat & happy! ;-)

It is possible to be happy but it sounds like you are ruining your health. It sounds like you want to make a point but you should not do it at the expense of your health. It is great that you are happy with how you look but do you think something is causing your need to do this? I think you need to talk to someone to find the root of what is causing you to have this behavior.

Like I said, good for you and your confidence but what is the cost to your body in the long run?

yeah ok keep eating like that and you are gonna have a heart attack with your blood preassure being that high.Besides the fact that you can very well get diabetes if you eat all the wrong foods.. also eating right before bedtime... bad idea can gain weight alot faster plus can get a hiatial hernia..

What you trying to do,killing yourself?You may feel very happy right now, but when it will get to the point when you will not be able to move , or you will start to have health problems, it will not be so fun.

Happy, sure.

Healthy, probably not with the diet you just discribed.

And this wasn't so much a question as a mini-bio of your lifestyle.

I agree with Jillian, you aren't eating well or consciously at all.

It's good to be happy, but don't ruin yourself and your health to make a point!

Now wait, even if 131 was too skinny your still going the wrong way. You want like grains and protein so you dont look like fatso fatso.
