I was feeding my flowerhorn 6-8 pcs. of these XO Super RedSyn pellets which enhances color and the hump of the head. I feed him 3 times a day with the same amount(6-8 pcs. per feeding). My cousin whose quite an expert told me that my fish had a color burn and its color (dark red almost black) will never return normal. Is he right? Or can still do anything about it. Lately I've been feeding him with XO Humpyhead which enhances the hump and body. I've not feed him XO Super RedSyn since.

I have never used that particular color enhancing food, but generally speaking color enhancing foods work by storing certain chemicals in the fishes skin. I know of no physiological reason it won't fade after discontinuing use for a few weeks. "Color Burn" would not be possible from a naturally occurring color enhancing product. If however this product contains dyes of some type modified to stain the skin from inside the fish or to accumulate in the skin, then yes, it could be nearly permanent, but I have never heard of such a food having been developed and have no reason to assume that is the case with this particular food.

First check if the food contains any non natural chemicals like dye, if so the stains on the flower horn will be permenant. If it is naturally occurring pigments then no your flower horn will return to normal. Feed it shrimp and blood worms for about a week.

Sounds like you should call a doctor ASAP. Try an after-hours number and explain to them what your symptoms are. They will probably be able to tell you if you need to see someone now or if it can wait until Monday. Also, if they tell you to wait they might tell you what you can do for the pain.
