Depends on what type of flooring you are going to go back with. For any type of overlay flooring (carpet, laminate , Self sticking tile) just fill with caulking or silicone. If you are going to be installing ceramic tile, stone, or an epoxy paint on finish, you will need to patch it with a cement based product and smooth out the edges.
As long as the cracks are small and on the same level, by that I mean none of them are raised higher than the adjacent area, you can fill with tube type crack fillers. If there is any difference, you will need to solve the problem before going any further with replacement coverings. This involves removing and re pouring thee offending area.
There is a glue down product, called an anti fracture membrane, it stretches up to 1/8th of an inch and allows the base and tile to move separate from each other. Keeps hair line cracks from transferring to your new tile.
Good luck.

Use some type of concrete patch. If you have one, use a shop vac (or some other kind of vac) to clean out the cracks first. You can buy a cheap plastic putty knife to smooth out the patch and make it look good. Or if you have a lot of cracks, you might consider buying a metal one that will last longer.

Latex siloconized caulk is proper for the ceiling wall, it is going to flow with the crack. If it is as vast as a pencil i might run a small bead interior it, enable dry and then run your end bead. For cracks interior the wall i take advantage of the fiberglass mesh tape that's self adhering, placed tape on the crack then use joint compound and browse coat it thrice gently sanding in between coats. save a watch on your ceiling crack because of the fact it may and maximum probable get a hair line crack down the line and then returned run your bead of caulk. stable success Les the painter do not USE SILICONE CAULK you prefer a paint in a position caulk, examine tube
