You know what? You will always feel like an outsider and you will always feel "different" and you will never find your niche...that is reality...that is life. If you think that you are unusual or different because you are not "one of the crowd" just look at the answers to your question so far. You are odd - you are unique. No one will ever understand you. Period.

*sigh* I feel like an outsider every single day, unless I'm at home with my family. Especially when I go to school I feel like whenever I try to be funny, people stare and walk away or when I try to explain things they have no interest at all in what I'm saying. I moved a year ago, so I don't have any real close friends so I spend my Friday nights watching t.v. with my little brother and sister. If I could change one thing about my life, it would be that people would understand what I'm trying to say and I would feel accepted.

Um it's knd of hard to say. i play soccer so i hang with the soccer girls/ jocks but sometimes I feel like that's not me because I can't party that hard and i don't really want to. I feel like I'm not just the typical "jock" all the same I tend to hang with a lot of different people all the time so all my different styles can show. So sometimes I'm an outsider and sometimes I fit in.

I feel like an outsider when I wear black clothes that show my tats around a bunch of pastels. But then I have always felt like an outsider. The only smoker in a group of non smokers in school.

Yeah Of course I do...My House is crawling with thoughtless people who doesn't even care of what I say or do I mean I'm like speaking a whole new language around here....but seriously they don't know who I really am. You know sometimes I wish I could just grow up and graduate so I could literally get out of this place and just be myself to hopefully find someplace where I belong.....thanks for the question.....you really let out the feeling I wanted to get out of my systems lately I've been so miserable....thanks....A LOT!!!!!(",)

yes mostly i do especially when i was going to school in florida. i was very much an outsider but still had friends. now that i'm in a new school. i got two friends that go with me. the rest of my friends here go to the a different school or are older. i'm 17. senior

I like to think of it more as I'm independent and walk to the beat of my own drum. I get along with most people but I've never wanted to be part of a clique.

Well yes sometimes but sometimes I feel like staying inside but I like staying outside and listing to music outside.But I like to stay inside to watch TV and go on the computer.
