take the radiator cap off, then go really fast, jerk the steering wheel very hard until you flip over. All the coolant should drain out.

It's messy, but remove the lower radiator hose.
I don't think the had a petcock on the newer radiators.

When all else fails you can loosen the bottom radiator hose *smile*.

if it doesnt have a drain plug,pull the bottom radiator hose off.
