Ok so recintly I've tookin a great interest in archers and bows and mess like and I have been wanderin how to make the best arrow possible and I cant really figure out what would be a good aproche. Duck tape wheighes a TON and would wheigh my arrow down which would not make it as acurate as wished for. On the other hand it is very sturdy and powerfull last longer. Painting tape on the other hand is VERY lightwheight and makes the arrow more aqurate, arrowdinamice, and simply more lightweght, on the other hand its to weak ive had to replace 1 arrow with 3 layers of tape. Lastly, feathers are very hard to get and rare so I havent used those yet.

So what you guys can help me with is if yall are fleachers, rednecks, yankees, geeks, or plainly simple people tell me what you guys have found BEST as a guide or if I got a good idea up there but jes dono about it.

There are whole sites dedicated to the arrow as such.

Duct tape is used for insulating joints between sections of ducting. Surely Gaffer is a term that describes electricians and stage hands who may use a similar type of tape to locate temporary cabling, or patch up the scenery.
