Bosh.When I was assisting a post graduate dental student from Australia,I asked him "Which instrument do you use?" He answered my question "Bosh" I said "Bosh ?"" I don't have a Bosh, how dose it look like?" He said again and again "Bosh". I found out later "Bosh" means "Both"
