You could try a curling mascara. They usually work to an extent. I love experimenting with makeup so I have used many. The curling mascaras have the bent brush and the thick bristles to help curl and lengthen. Almost every brand that sells mascara offers a curling version. Prices range so I would shop around online first if you like the idea of a curling mascara. Otherwise, you could try to use a clean mascara brush and after you apply mascara, turn your lashes in the brush so they wrap around it. It usually works for me. Apply another coat after they curl. You can usually either buy them cheap or get them free at the makeover stations in stores like Sephora.

this is what I do and I have a curler but I prefer this way:
Put your mascara on as usual and after a minute or two (when the mascara is still clammy) put your palms up to your eyelashes (eyes open) until you can feel them, then close your eyes. Hold them then till your mascara dries. It actually works and look much more natural than an eyelash curler. I've never described it before but i hope it's kinda clear.

Coat your lashes with two coats of mascara, then GENTLY press your thumb on the lashes and upwards, against te lid, hold about 10 sconds, and voila! Your lashes should be curled. Do this Before you apply the eye makeup, as you will need to correct (with a Q-tip dipped in eye makeup remover) any spots left from the mascara on the lid. It´s a trick I´ve used a lot on my clients (I´m cosmetologist and makeup artist).

Instead of eyelash curlers, I use the back of a spoon. Pull *very* gently as if curling a ribbon. Then apply mascara.

Sometimes certain mascara can curl them. I don't know what kind works best, but you could experiment and find the right kind.
