I want to learn to walk on my hands, currently i can go about two or three steps before i fall.

I would say try keeping your balance as long as you can against the wall (with your back to the wall). Work on your shoulders for strength. Start with incline push-ups, decline push-ups, and then flat push-ups. Also, work on your core too, ex: abs.

balancing exercises like yoga should help you. It would also help you with you breathing which is harder upside-down.
