try using a razor blade very slowly and put glass cleaner on it and let it soak

depending on how deep the mark is ( by the rubber blade or the metal arm) will depend on the damage. If the metal arm scratched it probably nothing, but if it's only from the rubber blade itself, you may get lucky. Use jewelers rouge( used on diamons) and apply to the windshield and a car buffer and buff the marks out. You may have to do it twice, but it has worked.
