No way should she be pardoned.
Celebrities should learn they are equal to, not above the law.

why should she be pardon? Why don't you think about it this way? What if it was you? You are not famous and probably not rich. Do you think that anyone would care if you went to jail? I don't think that because someone is rich or famous or both that they should get off so easily. She broke the law. Plain and simple. Would you really think that she should get off if she killed someone while under the influence?!?!?!?!? This is the second time. Why does someone have to get hurt or die by the hands of a celebrity or rich person in order for them to get what they deserve? As for your question, NO THE GOVERNOR IS DOING US ALL A FAVOR AND STAYING OUT OF IT. She messed up now she has to pay for her crime.

Just because she's rich and famous doesn't give her the right to keep breaking the law and not go to jail for it. She is a person just like the rest of us and if she is going to live here then she needs to abide by those laws or suffer the consequences. People like her will keep breaking the laws if they don't ever receive any punishment. If you did the exact same thing she did, you would be thrown in jail, no questions asked. So how could it be fair for someone famous to not be punished like everyone else? If we go to jail for breaking the law, so should she.

You don't hand out pardon to drunken millionaire party shlut who have sex tape circulating all over the place. You just don't do that.
Pardons are reserved for important people who have actually done something good, served public...etc. And especially not for something like DUI.
Arnold is not even going to consider it. He'll laugh at it.

Why should she be pardoned? Other people who get a DUI, drive twice under a suspended license and don't bother showing up to court on time go to jail

Have her do community service. visit our wounded guys in the vet hospitals. think back to WW 2 when the stars did this and the great goiod that was accomplished by it in morale and such. let her learn also the price that is paid for freedom. I've always liked the slogan:if you can read thank a teacher, if its in english thank a GI! sometimes the price gets high
