I know this program he is using and it is not detectable once installed. I would suggest talking to him and sorting your relationship out instead of getting rid of the program because it will only make things worse(he will know when the emails stop). Maybe try marriage counseling to learn how to rebuild trust in each other?
if you are not interested in having a healthy marriage buy an Apple because there is no software available that can do that without being detected

If you know the name of software he is using and it is obviously installed then it should be no problem uninstalling it from the add remove programmes function in control panel ( start > control panel >add remove programmes)
However:
there are some key logging software that have a ghost install so you wouldn’t know they are running or had ever been installed. Scanning the whole computer with a reliable antivirus should do the trick to pick these up ( as they are normally seen a viruses)
*word of warning though* if he is clever he may have changed the settings on the antivirus you have installed on your computer to ignore such programmes ( I am assuming you have antivirus software) so it may be worth running an online scan- see link below.

Un-install your messenger chats and find another hobby preferably something with your husband. On-line chat addictions have destroyed marriages in the past including mine.

Go to Start---Control Panel---Add or Remove Programs---Change or Remove Programs, if you know the name delete it and it would be gone!

Ok, if you are not saying anything wrong or cheating on him, why are you worried about it? ALTHOUGH.....what a dirty rotten thing to do to you! He obviously doesn't trust you.

well, why don't you open a new account, and password your computer.
But, I will tell you this, it would be smarter, to know his info, and see what he is doing.
