It seems to need to be filled with water though I don't know where.
The pipes that come from it, are they supposed to go outside and how without letting in the outside air?
Is there an internet site where I could find the manual?

We use a thing called a Move and Cool at work when we have a ac unit in the computer rooms go down. It has a 10 inch plastic hose that you put out a window , that takes care of the hot air andd it has 2 8 inch tubes for the cold air and they are flexible so you can point them wherever you want. Don't know the price of one but i'm sure it's more expencive than a window banger
