DELL. You say you have legal - they need product. They've been in a long slump. Hard to increase revenue and profits when volume is so high. Just dropped to #2 behind HP. Looking to enter mobile phone market in a big way. They would love to be on the front lines of new technology. I would have your lawyer contact their general counsel to execute NDAs and go from there. I'm sure you could make some major money, if your product is what you claim it to be . . . !

Your best bet would be either to apply for a grant from the Govt. or better yet, to sell the idea to either Apple, Sony, or some other major technology conglomerate.
