That's gross. lol, if you want to swim in the water treatment plant... Have you been to a water treatment plant? At the one I've been to, the water doesn't seem swimmable. Unless you want to get all bacteriay or chlorinated.

Why are you swimming their in the first place when there are retention ponds, swimming pools, lakes and probably other stuff to swim in.
