A newborn baby who is eating well should gain about one ounce a day; so if he/she weighed seven pounds at birth,
he/she would gain two pounds a month, and weigh close to 11 pounds [ 10 and 1/2 to 11 and 1/2 lbs.] at two months.
This rapid weight gain slows down when they get older.

My sister's baby was born at 6 lbs 9 oz at 2 months 9 lbs

My son was 8lbs 2oz at birth and at 2 months he weighed 14 lbs even and then a month later he was up to 16lbs 1oz.(he is 14 wweks old) and my daughter weighed 7lbs 14oz at birth and at 2 months old she weighed14lbs 1oz( she is now 17 months old)

I think he was about 14 or 15 pounds, but he was over 9 at birth.

About 10 pounds when he was born he was 7 lbs. 11 oz.
