its like if you see some one go around a round about the rong way theres no cops but if you've just nipped in to get your news paper & you on a yellow there every were?

I've had both happen to me. Actually my left blinker was out for a week before I was warned about it, and I was robbed last october and the State Police were there in minutes. In both instances, they were polite and understanding.

it's the same as you remembering something 5 seconds to late, theres a force out there that plays those games..we can't change it, unless we devise a bulb out indicator,carry a gun for robbers and place sticky notes on our foreheads to remember in time.

Dead right and has anyone ever seen a mobile phone user stopped? I've seen them chatting away while driving one handed round corners, but never seen one stopped and fined.

they are too busy pulling everyone with bulbs out. major crime that. you have to wait even longer for death threats!

got pulled for rear light out, got burgled, waited hours and husband had death threat, waited 3 days.

that's easy its all about easy money these days no paper work thanks .besides with the protection for criminals these days (sh-It do gooders) the police know they will not get a conviction so whats the point
