yea , you get like cramping alot in the first trimester , but if its really bad pains , then i would talk to a doctor .

With every single pregnancy I've had, I had bad cramping and pain in the beginning- so much so, I was convinced I was either getting my period and not pregnant or miscarrying. Each time, that feeling lasted until 8 weeks or so.

I am currently 4 wks 3 days prego. I am having cramps everyday.

I did, the first trimester was a bit rough. Had signs of PMS also.

i did the first few week. i had cramps. no blood, just cramps. im a healthy 23 weeks now.

I always felt like I was going to have my period (cramps and that heavy feeling in your vagina), but it never came.
