Any suggestions for how to live with an Eagles hater during football season? My boyfriend is already making fun of the Eagles for their draft picks!

3 options here: 1) dump him. If he's that annoying about football, God knows how annoying he might be. 2) remind him that the Giants didn't do so hot in the draft either. Aaron Ross? another William Joseph. Get real. 3) ignore him when he talks about the Eagles. Sooner or later, he's bound to catch on. When he does, he'll stop talking about them altogether. I'm a Cowboys fan, but honestly, I expect the Eagles to win the division by a landslide. PS. Tell him Kevin Kolb is more likley to start the Pro Bowl in a few years than Eli ever will. OH WAIT! Donovan McNabb already has!

I am sorry but you can't immediatly hating the eagles. I am a Dallas Fan and i hate both teams but if i get mad at the eagles i take my anger out on the Giants. What you need to do is to try and force him to also hate another team so he wont like the eagles as bad... but you can never stop hating the eagles

when he makes fun of how the eagles draft point out that the chargers rise to dominance is based on how in exchange for giving the giants eli "the little girl" manning the chargers got phillip rivers (a pro bowl qb), and draft picks that got them shawn merriman (a pro bowl lb) and nate kaeding (a pro bowl kicker).
it is impossible to get a giants fan not to hate the eagles just like its impossible to get an eagles fan not to hate the giants. i recommend you dump your bf and get a guy that likes the eagles because the giants are a bunch of losers.

I'm sorry to say it boo but that will never happen not till some divisions get changed its a natural to hate divisional rivalry I'm a cowboys fan been there since 87 my grandpa got me that way and i dislike a lot of teams but i hate 3 teams inparticular redskins eagles giants just a natural instinct u play them so many times that u want ur team to win and all i can say is cheer against him and they didnt have a slended draft either and the eagles if mcnabb stay healthy will prob be the giants

That's a very heated rival, it'll never happen. Just live with it, and route for your team and he'll route for his. It's like telling me, a Texas Longhorn fan, to start liking the Sooner's and the Aggies. Am I ever going to like them? Heck no! They're our most heated rivals, and we love to hate 'em. It's the same for the Giants/Eagles. They love to hate each other, and he'll never like the Eagles, sorry. Good then, and may your team always win then, that's the only way to be happy, just don't break up over it.

I like 007's answer best. But most answers are right your Eagles and their Pathetic Super Bowl hard up fans will never get the privelige of having me be one of them. Quite simply they Suck! They rip your Hearts out every year with bad plays Retarted Coaching and lets not forget the Fat Quarterback who throws up when the going gets tough, as bad as my Giants are right now, their gonna win 3 Super Bowls Before The EGGGLES win their first, SO Sad.....

I love the Giants and the only way i would ever like the Eagles is if they start imploding like the Redskins. I love the skins cause they are awful. But I will never like the Cowboys. Tony Romo is the antichrist.

never ,if hes a fan of the giants he will always hate the eagles because they are a rival in the nfc east division ,he probally also hates the redskins and cowboys as well ,i know as a redskin fan i hate the giants,eagles and cowboys its just a divisional rival thing
