I am confused as to what I should do. My husband was recently accused of sexually harassing 2 women. He swears that he is innocent, but I still don't know what to believe. When he found out about what he was being accused of, he got angry and quit his job. (Leaving me to support us on my $900 a month salary). He claims that he quit because he hated his job and was planning on quitting anyway, but to me it seems more sinister. On the other hand, I am hesitant to believe he is guilty because a) the women in question are both diagnosed mentally ill and have a history of lying and paranoia, and b) both the women in question were angry at my husband for other work-related reasons and have threatened and verbally abused him at the workplace. On the other hand, I am tempted to believe them because my husband and I first got together while he was my boss, so I know that he is not incapable of hitting on people he works with. The marriage has been great up to this point. Advice please?

First and foremost, you remain faithful to your husband. Been there done that. Mine too was accused of trying to have sex with two male minors to boot. It all came out in the open when their mother was ticked off because my husband got the position that she wanted and he didn't even ask for it! It was offered to him. She set it up gloriously I must admit but sadly people like this get what's coming to them. Last I heard neither one of her now grown up boys even speak to her. Sad. I stood right next to him the whole time and never doubted his innocence. Also, nothing like this has ever happened since so that just cemented his innocence.

There is still not enough info. The accusers could be suing the company that in turn leads to pressuring your husband. The question is whether there is sufficient proof or just a bunch "who shot John?" If your husband leaves voluntarily, there is an implied admission of guilt or "no contest". In most cases, that's where things end because new employers usually don't know about other company's internal problems.

Truth or not, now that he has left, there is NO due process for him to face his accusers and no way for him to sue the company or accusers for ruining his reputation. He acts hastily and should have engaged a lawyer to challenge the accusations.

i would say your husband is innocent if both of the women had other work related issues with him then they were probably trying to get him fired or something if your marriage has been great up to this point then why all the sudden would he go and start hitting on women

Just get him back to work at keep an eye on him. There has been an idea planted so you have a reason to worry but unless there is a way to prove this not much you can do. It will come about again if true. I have been accused myself by a girl wanting to get back at the company. She accused a lot of us of hurassing her.

Well... need to communicate with your husband, especially if he finds something lack in the sexual encounter with you. What turns your husband on? Sometimes having through marriage and having the same sex partner doing all the sexual stuff becomes very much routine and there is no spark anymore. So you need to explore with him what he likes etc.. This will rekindle the sexual desire and perhaps will fullfill his sexual fantasy that will discourage him to loolk at others for any sexual fantasy..

take care.

Stand by your husband. If you think both of the woman have questionable character, then you are probably right. If you hit on people at work and they welcome it, than that's not harrassment. If you hit on them and it makes you uncomfortable (and you tell them that it makes you uncomforable and they don't stop) then that is a form of harrassment
