you mean, total, throughout the day? or for one extensive hour? silly!!!
I would say no, because it takes that long to blow dry, style, and such.

Only if u have nothing better to do, it's alright to spend that time "admiring" yourself for an hour a day. But if u do have things to do, save those hours for one whole day worth of staring at the mirror. You know that way u don't waste any time.=)
