You'll be weighed
Your blood pressure will be taken
You'll give a urine sample which will be tested for protein
You'll lay on the exam table and pull your shirt up to expose your stomach, then you'll lower your pants to just above your pubic bone and a nurse will use a doppler maching to hear the heartbeat.
If you haven't had a yearly exam in the last year your doctor will perform an exam including pap smear.
If you haven't yet decided which prenatal tests to have done you'll go over those with your doctor.
You'll have a chance to ask the doctor any questions you have, and then you'll be done.

You'll go pee (you'll always pee before each visit), they'll get your weight, check your blood pressure, and they'll check the baby's heart beat (almost all of your doctor visits will be like this). I had an internal exam on my 1st visit and didn't get another internal until my 35th week. I had to give blood twice (around 24 weeks for the glucose test, and then at 35 weeks for the hemoglobin test).

first...you will pee in a cup so they can test for protein and UTI that can show up in your urine! Then, the doctor may have you undress...pants and panties only. Then, they will use a doplar to check for the heartbeat...a machine that goes on top of the belly...it does not hurt!!! They may also get a blood sample to test your iron count...make sure that you're not enimic!! Good luck!!!

Check your blood pressure, examine you "down under", tell you what to expect, ask you how you have been feeling, check your weight. Might do blood tests.
