They show you, step-by-step, how to fold shapes with paper.

squares, rectangles (money) or narrow strips?

There are free instructions for folding hearts from the first two on the Internet.

Try searching
[origami hearts] & [origami stars] & [origami kusudama]
[dollarbill hearts]

I have not been able to find the instructions for folding "lovely hearts" on the Internet. They require narrow strips like "lucky stars" and scissor-trimming for shape.
