im playing the part of Rizzo from Grease..at our school. for summer nights my teacher wants me to wear a short black straight mini skirt with heels n a pink lady jacket...... because its supposed to look sexy. but i dnt remember ne1 wearing a short black skirt? shouldnt i wear black capris??

It wouldn't be a short black skirt. In that scene Rizzo was wearing a tight black pencil skirt (which is about knee length), and a tight black shirt with buttons up the front, as well as the pink ladies jacket, and high heels. Mini-skirts weren't in fashion then. You could also wear black capri pants because they were in fashion back then too. In the stage version she is wearing black capri pants. Hope this helps, and try and dissuade the teacher from making you wear a mini!

No mini, it's a pencil skirt and in theatre it's often skin tight capris. Mini skirts were not in fashion!

I watched the movie and if i am right, I recall her wearing a mini skirt. But I am not quite sure. I would just wear whatever your teacher wants you to.

Her Pink Ladies satin pink jacket, black tube top and black capris, with 3 inch black heels. And fire-engine red lipstick.

no. It's not exactly short. it's just below the knee. capris would be okay, but a skirt would be sexier--more feminine and raunchy

I like young ladies in jeans. It creates them look more home town like and it generally does not appear to be they are trying too hard but if you are looking to get this fellas attention, this may well not be what you want
