I am starting an antfarm and i was just wondering if they eat olives.

Just to set the record straight - black
ants eat black olives.
Green ants eat green olives.
Everybody knows that.

There are ants that are attracted to sweets and there are ants attracted to greases and oils. The red ants are the greasers if I remember correctly. However, I believe ants will try just about anything.
