I've worked in video production and post production for about 7 years. I'm interested in getting involved with college or pro sports teams video departments. Where do I start?

That's a tough one. I would probably talk to someone at one of the colleges (start small), and find out how they got into the business. You might learn a few things and make some contacts. People need experience to move up to the pros, and the college ranks are the obvious training ground.

One warning -- the hours are long, and the pay isn't good. That makes it less than a dream job for some.
