What name was given to this U.S backed invasion?

About 1500 troops, trained by the american central inteligence agency (CIA), landed on the southern coast of Cuba. They expected to be joined by people inside Cuba, who wanted to overthrow communist dicatator FIDEL CASTRO. But the revolution was quikly crushed by the cuban army.

The Bay of Pigs Invasion is what it is commonly called. I am sure the CIA used a better name for the operation.
