So much for the Poles? The Poles don't like Bush either.

I think 5 or 6 of them are, using multiple IDs.

Seriously, there are a good number of people out there who support the President, even though they did not vote for him.

On the other hand, there are an alarming number of Bush voters who are jumping ship.

Unless there is a serious attempt to impeach the guy, there is no point in rendering him irrelevant through public opinion. He already has to deal with a Democratic congress, which should limit actions most would not support.

We should congratulate ourselves that Bush supporters have a place to be heard directly without depending on AM windbags to speak for them.

What I would like to know is, with poll numbers like those, how come we aren't seeing this reflected in Yahoo's Q&A? Are we entering another "silent majority" era, or is this just a highly vocal, highly organized minority?

Actually according to the msot recent polls
35% of people - (are they all american citizens?) support President Bush
36% of people (same as above) support the Democrat led Congress.

I for one will be glad when new elections are held in less than 2 years. President Bush will be gone, lets hope a lot of Congressional members will be gone too.

No, it does prove the polls are taken in Democrats home ground. Polls are often taken where people can get the answers they want.

Those who think "boneheads" support the President does not give proper credit for the intelligence of Republicans.

here in the USA we have a presidential poll every 4 years and that is the only poll that counts
any person can have any poll they want and get the results they want to see
people do you remember the exit polls??
let the pollsters go about their work and dont worry about the numbers,,because they dont matter
you put too much faith in what you see on tv and yahoo

Get out of the house once in a while and talk to some of your acquaintances, customers and other people you meet - I bet you don't find 7 out of 10 are preoccupied with Bush bashing rhetoric.
So much for the "poles", eh?

Wow, it's that low now, is it?

I sometimes feel like it is, when I receive very politically motivated thumbs downs for making a critical remark about the administration.
