Obviously "zombie" was an unknown word to Latins. However I guess we can translate into Latin what Zombie is, namely a 'living dead' and this in Latin can be translated as
"mortuus vivens".
As an alternative, being 'zombie' also a 'resuscitated dead' , you could translate as "resurrectus mortuus" but I do prefer above "mortuus vivens".

In Latin, a "cow" is assuredly "vacca", which gives us the word "vaccinate" (thanks to Edward Jenner). "Bos" corresponds to "ox" or "steer", all of which are masculine or feminine according to the context. Thus "bos magnus", a large bull; "bos magna", a large cow; "bos femina", a cow.
