I need to know what was hitlers impact spifically on the USA. How did WW2 effect the US?

Hitler signed an alliance with Japan. That meant that when the Japanese attacked the U.S. at Pearl Harbor, it was automatic war with Germany. Had things been a little looser, had there not been the Tokyo-Rome-Berlin Axis, it might have been a different sequence of events, the U.S. engaging each of the Axis powers in WWII.

Not forgetting the A bomb, nerve gas and drugs like LSD., also Prescott Bush made a whole lot of money by supplying Krupps with steel, and IBM got a head start in developing computers believe it or not.

before WWII the US had a very small military. WWII came with all kinds of inventions , including jets, radar, sonar, and even the semiautomatic rifle took off.
