Telekinesis.
Term 1: How to move objects without the body.
Chapter 1, Physical Astral Projection:
To do so, please read the following section:
Sit down, meditate, think of a white room, bright as heaven.
Before doing so:
Sit in a dark room or attic with no objects inside.
With a simple door.
Place an apple or a ball, easy to move, but not very able to move by wind or any other natural forces which may happen to it, where a comfy set of clothes, that are dark.
Now, continue.
In your meditation, think of the rollable item in the centre of the simple room.
Now, with out loosing connection or thought, no thoughts of something else, but white vision, white noise.
Without moving, pick up that rollable item and place it in a corner.
Now do this a few times.
Then once you are able:
Do it in a more dense room, probably a few boxes or wardrobes, keep it simple.
Now once you have done that ability, proceed to chapter two.
Chapter two, Doing it without thinking:
Try doing the same thing, but listening to music and lots of attraction, you will start to forget what you are doing and lose concentration, this step is highly difficult and requires alot of patience and time.
Now, with a heavier item, do the same as chapter one.
Doing this at least once a week, all day, will give this ability.
It way take a whole year, or just two days.
Term 2: Levitation.
Chapter one, learning it:
Put your hands in a comfortable position and in the same way and enviroment to Term 1, chapter 1.
Go into a trance and lift the object as high as you can, open your eyes and see it drop.
Take a few times to succeed.
Chapter two, success:
Well done, proceed to Term 3.
Term 3: Now you have succeeded.
Chapter 1:
Try not use it in bad conditions, as you will be altered mentally and will need to re-tune your ability from step one again.
Chapter 2, How did it work:
Well, the cerebral cortex, when you die, all the energy of memory and fears is absorbed into a single orb or globe and floats away. If it isn't given enough time it will disappate, you cannot control yourself at this moment, you will be a spirit, only dreaming without a processor.
As soon as you connect to a person who has awoken from a coma, you can connect to their cerebral cortex and incarnate into them.
OR
You can connect to a baby and race with orbs into the womb of your new mum and then re-incarnate.
Otherwise drift off into the unknown.
BUT NOW!
You can control yourself while, still alive!
Using the energy to pick items up, just like an orb or globe ghoul/ghost.

I studied this in the military in the 80's and early 90's - we used drugs to improve the effect and speed up our training.

I can't reveal much because it's still classified - but one of my classmates "psi'd" a 5.56mm bullet into a man-sized target at 100m. Last I heard he was assigned to the new "Psniper Psquad."

I had to get out - our 'black ops" assignments were pretty rough sometimnes. lots of wet work. I still have dreams and wake up with stuff in my room all over, torn apart. Writing on the walls in foreign languages.

Those of us that left stick together - we use email some but that's monitored too easily so we psi-text each other with simple code mnemonics. The Army knows the code (#$#, its their code) but they can't yet pickup psi w/o another Level 4 operative - and we all quit when they asked us to go to Afganistan after 9-11. That's another story.

But we all took an oath not to reveal the advanced psi methods to those who weren't mentally trained first. Way too dangerous.

Have you ever witnessed anyone using telekinesis in real life (not counting at a magician's show, where it is fully understood that it is trickery)? If it were possible, even if it were very difficult, don't you think there would be people all around you demonstrating their skills? There's a reason why you stopped believing in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy. Put your common sense to use and find a better way to spend your time.
